To celebrate 150 years the since the establishment of the Derwent Rowing Club in 1872, the
Derwent Mercantile Collegiate Rowing Club is inviting crews to race in the inaugural
Derwent River Bridge to Bridge Race.
Starting from the Bowen Bridge, crews will race approximately six (6) Kilometres
downstream to the Tasman Bridge alongside the Derwent Mercantile Collegiate Rowing
Club, Pavilion Point. 
The race will be a handicap race exclusively for eights and Coastal Rowing Quads.
Junior, Senior and master’s divisions
Provisional start time for the race is 8:15 AM
